At HabiStore, we want you to love every piece in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition and packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HabiStore account and select the 'Order History' tab to choose the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
